Mind over chatter ... what are you thinking about yourself?

What thoughts do you think about yourself friend?
I'm beautiful? I'm capable? I'm learning how to manage my time?
OR
I'm overweight? I'm scared? I'm completely unorganised?
Because the way we think about ourselves affects everything. And the great news is that we have the ability to decide how we want to think about ourselves, but often we just allow others to dictate the way we see ourselves.
The world needs us to bring our unique, beautiful selves into the messy, hurting, brokenness of the humans so that we can serve our people and shine our lights.
And the amazing news is that it actaully doesn't start with you! You don't need to invent thoughts to think or words to say. God provides everything we need to know about ourselves in the Bible. So speak those words to yourself in the quiet moments matter. They build the foundation for your confidence, resilience, and ability to step into the world as the person you’re meant to be. So, what if you chose today to speak to yourself with kindness, grace, and hope that the Bible contains for those who love God?
Imagine the impact if you replaced “I can’t” with “I’m learning” or “I’m failing” with “I’m growing.” Your thoughts shape your reality, and the good news is, you hold the pen to rewrite the script.
God tells us that because of Jesus, you are more than enough, just as you are. If you’re ready to start shifting your self-talk and stepping into a mindset of possibility, I’d love to help you. Let’s do this together—your best thoughts and your best self are waiting. ✨
